Effective items guides
Early game
Magic Stick
Magic Stick is a wonderful item to get early on Mirana because of her short HP and mana pools, therefore the burst regen is highly important.
Boots of Speed
Boots of Speed: Mirana may go on the offensive with her boots of speed, attacking and harassing adversaries with her decent basic movement speed and ranged attacks. It also makes casting Sacred Arrow and pursuing after or fleeing with Leap easier to place.
Bottle
The Bottle replenishes Mirana's mana and health while also allowing her to store runes for later use.
Mid game
Magic Wand
Magic Wand is a low-cost update to Magic Stick that adds new features and more charge storage. Without extra equipment, Mirana's HP and mana pools are rather low, therefore a quick restoration of HP and mana is quite advantageous to her.
Power Treads
Mirana's attack speed and characteristics are boosted by using Power Treads. Mirana can strengthen her strength for greater survivability, agility for increased damage output, or intellect for casting spells with good attribute switching.
Aghanim's Scepter
Mirana may use Aghanim's Scepter to deal massive burst magical damage to single targets or groups of adversaries, providing her an advantage in teamfights and ganking during the early to mid game. Mirana may now be played as a strong nuker instead of a right-click hero thanks to the Scepter, which provides her great stats across the board and opens up new item options.
Blink Dagger
Mirana can use the Blink Dagger to position herself exactly on top of an attacker and unleash an enhanced Starstorm.
Late game
Butterfly
Butterfly: In Mirana's hands, the butterfly is a formidable carry item. It drastically improves her agility while also increasing her damage and attack speed, greatly increasing the power of her physical assaults. Her survival is increased by the additional evasion, and the active may be employed to assist her mobility in an emergency.
Linken's Sphere
Linken's Sphere: Mirana gains all-around stats from Linken's Sphere, as well as increased HP and mana recovery. Mirana's resilience is further enhanced by Spellblock, which allows her to ignore an enemy's targeted disable, giving her the time she needs to escape with Leap if ganked.
Black King Bar
Depending on the foes Mirana is up against, the Black King Bar can be a lifesaver. The item not only provides spell immunity, but it also has the ability to eliminate some debuffs that Manta Style cannot, allowing Mirana to battle and maintain her ground.
Situation items
Diffusal Blade
Mirana's physical attacks are improved by Diffusal Blade, which increases her agility and allows her assaults to burn mana. Enemies are considerably slowed by the active, making them ideal prey for Sacred Arrow.
Desolator
Desolator is a powerful mid-game item that allows Mirana to deal greater damage. The armor decrease on enemy targets makes them easy prey for Mirana and her allies because she can stun adversaries for lengthy periods of time with Sacred Arrow and increase allied attack speed with Leap.
Monkey King Bar
Mirana can use the Monkey King Bar as a situational buy to help her combat adversaries that have evasion. Mirana's damage output is improved thanks to enhanced attack damage and Piere procs.
Daedalus
Daedalus: Mirana can take use of her fast attack speed and lay waste to adversaries as Daedalus enhances her attack damage and gives her the potential to inflict critical hits.
Enemies & Allies
Allies
Crystal Maiden
- From a safe distance, Sacred Arrow may be used to interrupt Freezing Field, forcing her to cancel it or risk being struck.
- Crystal Maiden moves slowly, giving her an easy target for Sacred Arrows.
- Crystal Maiden has a low health pool and may be slain quickly with an Aghanim's Scepter combination or simply by being shot with an arrow.
- Even though Mirana is hindered by Crystal Nova or Freezing Field, she can Leap away if Frostbite has previously been used.
Drow Ranger
- From a safe distance, Sacred Arrow may be used to interrupt Freezing Field, forcing her to cancel it or risk being struck.
- Crystal Maiden moves slowly, giving her an easy target for Sacred Arrows.
- Crystal Maiden has a low health pool and may be slain quickly with an Aghanim's Scepter combination or simply by being shot with an arrow.
- Even though Mirana is hindered by Crystal Nova or Freezing Field, she can Leap away if Frostbite has previously been used.
Techies
- From a safe distance, Sacred Arrow may be used to interrupt Freezing Field, forcing her to cancel it or risk being struck.
- Crystal Maiden moves slowly, giving her an easy target for Sacred Arrows.
- Crystal Maiden has a low health pool and may be slain quickly with an Aghanim's Scepter combination or simply by being shot with an arrow.
- Even though Mirana is hindered by Crystal Nova or Freezing Field, she can Leap away if Frostbite has previously been used.
Witch Doctor
- Death Ward may be interrupted with Sacred Arrow from a safe distance, forcing him to cancel it or be struck.
- Cask's paralysis is a slow-moving stun that Mirana can avoid by Leaping away from her teammates.
- Witch Doctor has minimal health and may be slain quickly with an Aghanim's Scepter combination or simply by being struck by an arrow.
Counters
Abaddon
- Abaddon can use Aphotic Shield to remove Sacred Arrow's stun from his teammates, or Borrowed Time to remove it from himself.
- Borrowed Time makes it nearly hard for Mirana's Aghanim's Scepter combination to take down Abaddon.
Arc Warden
- Because Mirana is unlikely to be near teammates after she Leaps, Flux will delay and harm her.
- Arc Warden can use Magnetic Field to defend an ally who has been injured by Sacred Arrow.
Bloodseeker
- Because Mirana is unlikely to be near teammates after she Leaps, Flux will delay and harm her.
- Arc Warden can use Magnetic Field to defend an ally who has been injured by Sacred Arrow.
Lina
- Because Mirana is unlikely to be near teammates after she Leaps, Flux will delay and harm her.
- Arc Warden can use Magnetic Field to defend an ally who has been injured by Sacred Arrow.
Lycan
- If Lycan uses Shapeshift, Mirana's Leap is rendered useless. He may also avoid Sacred Arrow with it.
Meepo
- With Moonlight Shadow, Earthbind prohibits Mirana from Leaping or becoming invisible. Poof and Ransack can easily kill her while she is crippled.
- Meepo is not rendered powerless by a Sacred Arrow, as all of the other Meepos may still fight back.
Night Stalker
- Mirana is unable to flee using Moonlight Shadow and Leap due to the extended quiet of Crippling Fear at night. She also has a low starting health, therefore Night Stalker can generally kill her in one night cast of Crippling Fear.
- Night Stalker can discover and kill Mirana with Dark Ascension and Gem of True Sight, and he is a tanky hero capable of battling Mirana at any point in the game.
Puck
- Puck can use the Waning Rift to prevent Mirana from becoming invisible or leaping.
- If a Mirana trapped in Dream Coil tries to Leap away, she will be stunned.
- The Burst damage of Puck takes advantage of Mirana's low health.
- With Phase Shift, Puck may avoid Sacred Arrow and Starstorm.
Items Counter
Gem of True Sight
Gem of True Sight and Sentry Ward: During Moonlight Shadow, Gem of True Sight and Sentry Ward show her and her team.
Observer Ward
Observer Ward: Observer Wards scout Mirana's rotations, reducing the influence of a roaming Mirana on the laning stage.
Black King Bar
Black King Bar: Glimmer Cape or Pipe of Insight may be used to defend an ally struck by Sacred Arrow, while Black King Bar stops her entire combination from functioning.
Manta Style
Manta Style: Because to the illusions and the momentary invulnerability, Manta Style makes Sacred Arrow substantially more difficult to land.
Favorable Matchups
Axe
- Axe may force melee heroes to follow him into an arrow's path with Berserker's Call, or Mirana can land a Sacred Arrow with Berserker's Call.
- If Axe gathers a large number of foes in a compact location, Mirana can Leap into the fray and use Starstorm on them all.
- Because Mirana's strike damage is below average, she may be unable to finish foes struck by her combination. With Culling Blade, Axe may easily dispatch these foes.
Bane
- Bane can use Nightmare to immobilize an opponent, allowing Mirana to easily land a Sacred Arrow. Even at level 1, this combination is lethal.
- Even after the laning stage, Brain Sap and Starstorm do enough damage to kill most arrow targets without the need for a third ally or Fiend's Grip.
- Together, Fiend's Grip and Sacred Arrow may stun a hero for 10 seconds. Adding Nightmare to the mix raises the total even higher.
Batrider
- With Flaming Lasso, Batrider may keep foes in place, allowing Mirana to easily land a Sacred Arrow. Sticky Napalm-affected enemies are also simpler to strike since they can't pivot quickly to avoid being hit.
- Even if an adversary hides behind creeps, Batrider may still pull them away from the creep wave and into the line of an arrow.
- During Firefly, Batrider's aerial eyesight allows him to scout for arrow targets.
- Batrider can use Flamebreak to drive an adversary towards an arrow if they are trying to avoid it.
- Batrider may bring foes right towards Mirana, allowing her to use Starstorm twice or Aghanim's Scepter twice.
Clockwerk
- Power Cogs will immobilize an adversary, allowing Mirana to easily land a Sacred Arrow.
- Mirana and Clockwerk's stunts have a long range, allowing them to gank targets even during the day from entirely out of sight.
- In the fog of battle, Rocket Flare exposes opponents, allowing Mirana to use her arrow on whomever they scout.
- Moonlight Shadow, when used properly, allows Clockwerk to sneak up on an unsuspecting victim and start his lethal combination, then utilize Hookshot seconds later to grab another victim and resume the combo.
Shadow Demon
- Disruption may be used by Shadow Demon to keep an adversary in place long enough for Mirana to land an easy Sacred Arrow. Even at level 1, this combination is lethal.
- To scout for possible arrow targets, use Shadow Poison.
- Shadow Demon can easily hit someone with Soul Catcher and heap Shadow Poison on them if Mirana keeps them in place with her arrow.
- Mirana's Aghanim's Scepter combination is incredibly powerful because to Soul Catcher.
- Mirana can also use Demonic Purge to land a simple arrow.
Sven
- Storm Hammer aids with the landing of Sacred Arrow stuns, causing the adversary to stay motionless and useless for a total of 5+ seconds.
- Mirana's tankiness increases as she closes in on her dazed opponent.
Underlord
- Her Moonlight Shadow aids Underlord in the beginning of Pit of Malice and Dark Rift.
- Mirana may startle with Sacred Arrow because of Underlord's Pit of Malice.
Game plan
Early game
Have you seen the positions of the Sacred arrow (W) in the picture above? Those are the ideal locations and locations for you to shoot the enemy's head, creating conditions for allies to dump the basket. You don't always apply the same machines as above, but you should be creative in your roaming with Mirana, simply because the terrain in Dota2 is quite diverse, making good use of that you will become a god with arrows.
Deadly arrow phases (death arrows - can be understood as arrows out of sight, bringing high mortality). Remember to take the opportunity to check runes as well as enjoy some snacks from the lane you roam if any of the bad guys fall. Starstorm (Q) is a very good skill to deal extra damage + ks (if you want ks ) as long as you have mana left to use. If the enemy is hit too far away, you can use Leap (E) to close.
Mid game
This is an extremely important period for Mirana when your gankers and support team start to focus on ganking/push. Moonlight shadow (R) is the perfect gank starter, but your team needs to make sure you have good vision control, so it's a good idea to buy the Observer ward with the Sentry ward.
Starstorm (Q) is also quite easy to use to clear minions as well as deal damage to the enemy squad, use Sacred arrow (W) as I instructed above: the more out of sight, the better.
Late game
Got yourself a decent amount of equipment in terms of damage and survivability? Well, this is your time to show off your arrow prowess in skirmishes. You only need to stun to hit one target with the maximum time and your team has up to 96.69% chance to win the teamfight (because no idiot can stand 5 seconds stun while your whole team goes into shock dmg unless the team you're too late.
Sacred arrow (W) and Moonlight shadow (R) are your 2 key skills to help your team take the initiative in combat, use them at the right time. If you still have an item slot, you should buy an eye plug, especially a Sentry ward to control vision, make sure that your team is not detected while in stealth to be flipped upside down.
Note: during the course of the match, in order to use the Sacred arrow effectively, you should make the most of the terrain and forests to be able to catch the divine stuns, the more you cover the flight path, the higher the odds. surprise and the higher the accuracy of the Sacred arrow shot.
